In 2011, Mr. Dastan Kosherbayev graduated from Hult International Business School (United Kingdom) with a degree in Business Management, and in 2022, he received a master’s degree from Nazarbayev University in Public Administration.
Mr. Kosherbayev began his professional career in 2011 at Kamkor Management LLP as the head manager of the investment policy department.
He started his career in the nuclear industry in 2016 at NAC Kazatomprom JSC as the manager of the Corporate Governance Department, then as the head of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Section of the Business Development Department. From 2019 to 2020, he worked as the Deputy CEO at the subsidiary mining enterprise of National Atomic Company Kazatomprom JSC – JV KATCO JSC.
In July 2021, Mr. Kosherbayev was appointed as the Director of the Sales Department of NAC Kazatomprom JSC. In June 2023, he was appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC. Since 29 June 2023, he has been a member of the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Since 22 April 2024, he has been the Chief Strategy and International Development Officer – a member of the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
